DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

1. Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l. accepts orders with shipments worldwide. 

2. Delivery costs are free for customers who select Standard shipping (3-5 working days for Italy and 7-10 working days worldwide) and are clearly stated when placing the order. Customers are charged for deliveries with Expedited Shipping (Shipping within 24h for Italy and 48-72 hours worldwide) and this is clearly stated when placing an order. 

Customers will be able to choose how they pay for goods when ordering. The order total shown at the end of the purchase procedure is the total amount due by the customer with no hidden extras. 

3. Following delivery of the goods by the courier, Customers must: 

•check that the number of packages delivered matches the number stated on the courier’s proof of delivery; 

•check that packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping bands); 

WARNING: in the event of the occurrence of a situation similar to any of those listed above, you must sign the courier’s proof of delivery writing CLEAR RESERVATIONS or stating the REASON FOR THE RESERVATIONS. 

WITHOUT SPECIFIC RESERVATIONS, CUSTOMERS MAY NOT MAKE IN ANY WAY CLAIMS TO DAMAGES TO THE CONTAINMENT OF BOXES AND SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO AVAIL OF THE INSURANCE COVERAGE AGAINST DAMAGE AND THEFT. 

The only way to state any hidden damage that can only be discovered after opening the package and request a refund or replacement is to SIGN THE PROOF OF DELIVERY OF THE COURIER MAKING CLEAR RESERVATIONS AND STATING THE REASON FOR THE 

RESERVATION. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of products received must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, by email to shop@seboys.it

Your order will be delivered to street level only except: 

• unless otherwise notified by our customer service; 

• as provided for in the product data sheet; 

• where the purchase expressly provides for delivery to the floor level, where applicable. 

If the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses is not collected within 5 working days due to repeated attempted deliveries to the address stated by the Customer when placing the order, goods ordered will be returned to the warehouses of Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l.
