Are the colours of the items on the site true to life?
Each item is photographed with the aim of bringing out all its details and quality. Therefore, colours shown are true to life. However, colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.

Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment of the purchases can be made through:
• cash on receipt of the package from the courier;
• credit card or bank card: Visa®, MasterCard®, Maestro®. You must provide your credit card or bank card number, expiry date and security code on the check-out page;
All transactions made on the site are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the page’s URL which begins with “https” confirms that you are in a safe environment.
Due to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and MasterCard® cards is further enhanced by “Verified by Visa®” and “MasterCard® SecureCode” payment methods. In addition, SEBOY’S has implemented security measures to protect personal information provided from any unauthorised access and use. However, Customers must bear in mind that the transmission of data over the Internet is never 100% secure and that any information transmitted on-line can potentially be collected and used by persons other than the intended recipients.
SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Shipping costs for Standard shipping, delivery costs are free for Customers. Delivery costs with Expedited shipping are at the customer’s expense and are clearly explained when placing the order.
Standard shipping in Italy is 3-5 working days while worldwide it is 7-10 working days from the order confirmation.
Expedited shipping delivery times in Italy are of 24h and 48-72 hours worldwide following the order confirmation.
What happens if I’m not home when they deliver the package?
The chosen courier will leave an attempted delivery notice with all the necessary details to be able to reschedule a second delivery or to request collection from the GLS office nearest to you.
How do I return a product?
According to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, if the Customer is a consumer, he/she has the possibility to return, to either request a replacement or refund, any products ordered on the site within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. Returns are free.
The following conditions apply to product returns:
• the product must be returned in its original packaging;
• goods must be returned intact, unused and complete in all their parts
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
You can make a return by contacting our Customer Service at the e-mail email@example.com providing the code of the items to be returned.
When your return arrives to SEBOY’S departments, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of the return.
Please package the product as you received it.
How soon will I be reimbursed?
We strive to process reimbursements as quickly as possible. Your refund will be made within 5 working days from receipt of your return at our warehouse.
Seboy’s footwear, as it is Made in Italy and completely handmade, sizes different compared to to American shoes or any mass-produced footwear. The easiest and fastest way is to order a size down from your favourite sneakers.

Care and maintenance
The care of the footwear is essential for maintaining its softness and shine.
As SEBOY’S is a hand-crafted made in Italy brand, our Footwear Factory is able to satisfy many requests for repair and restoration of products. Please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail from the “Contacts” section to have the item checked by one of our sales consultants, who will provide you with an estimate and a delivery date for the planned repairs.
In order to create your customised footwear, you must first select the reference model and the leather types. A month later, we will respond to you with a draft proposal agreement, an estimate and a calendar. The our creative team will design this unique item for you.
