1.All products sold and offered for sale by Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l. are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional guarantee and the 24-month which covers defects or faulty goods, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05. To benefit from guarantee service, Customers must keep the invoice or receipt. Making use of the Guarantee may involve requesting assistance from authorised service centres in Italy and/or following the procedures explained in the documentation inside the product packaging.
2.The conventional manufacturer’s guarantee is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorised Service Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s conventional guarantee, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs requested by the Authorised Service Centre, as well as transport costs, if incurred by Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l.
3.The 24-month guarantee pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products with defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation.
The above guarantee is reserved for private consumers (individuals who buy goods for purposes not related to their professional activities, or who make the purchase without providing a VAT number on the order form). In the event of a non-conformity , Calzaturificio Marini Paolo Srl shall, without any charge to the Customer, restore the product to conformity through repair/replacement or by discounting the price, up to the termination of the contract.
If, following intervention by an Authorised Service Centre, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and restoration costs requested from the Authorised Service, as well as transport costs if incurred by Calzaturificio Marini Paolo Srl.
4.Replacements in the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) are made only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The time required to replace or repair the product depends solely on the manufacturer’s policies.
5.In the event that, for whatever reason, iCalzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l. is unable to return a product under guarantee (restored or replaced) to a customer, It may proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the goods or its replacement with a product of equal or superior features.
6.The time required to repair or replace the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer’s policies and no compensation for damages can be requested from Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l. for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
7.In cases where the application of the guarantee requires the return of the product, goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all itheir parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. …); in order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it within a second box; in all cases the affixing of labels or stickers directly on to the original product packaging must be avoided.
The Customer will be provided with the return address by following the instructions provided directly in the relevant e-mail authorisation.
