The site is owned by Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l. (hereinafter, the “Company”), whose references are provided in the footer of the site (hereinafter the “Site”), and is managed by the Company itself. 
On this page we describe how we process the personal data of users who browse the Site. 
Calzaturificio Marini Paolo S.r.l. is the independent data controller. 

1. Source of personal data 
The Company processes, as independent data controller, data expressly and voluntarily entered by you by filling in the registration form or by iproviding your e-mail address in the form for signing up to newsletters. 

2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing 
The processing of your data is necessary for the provision of the services and activities requested by you. Your data will therefore be processed by the Company for relevant or instrumental purposes in order to carry out the activities deemed necessary for the purchase and sale of the Product or for sending newsletters. 
By entering your data, in order to exercise the activities provided for under the Terms of Use, you agree to receive commercial communications or promotional information through traditional contact methods (by phone calls) or automated (SMS, email). The processing of your data constitutes a legitimate interest of the Company pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) and recital 47 of the GDPR. 
Your consent is optional, however if you fail to enter the fields marked as mandatory (*), you will not be able to perform the necessary activities provided under the Terms of Use for the purchase and sale of the Product. 
In the event that you do not sign up to the Site to buy or sell the product, if you wish, you may consent to the specific option of receiving newsletters from the Company relating to commercial and promotional communications, by filling out the relevant form. You have the right to express or deny consent for the pursuit of this purpose. 

3. Duration of the processing 
The processing shall not last longer than is necessary for the purposes for which data was collected. 
Data collected for sending commercial communications will be kept for a period not exceeding 24 months. 

4. Methods of data processing 
The processing of personal data is carried out manually and with electronic tools, for purposes strictly connected to said scope and, however, in such a way as to guarantee the safety and confidential nature of said data. 

5. Parties to whom data may be disclosed 
The Company may disclose personal data provided to the following categories of parties: companies that provide document filing services; auditing and financial statement certification companies, debt collection companies and, in general, all parties that provide professional assistance and advice to the Company, deemed necessary for the provision of the services on the Site in favour of users. Personal data may also be transferred to parties in third countries through standard contractual clauses in compliance with current legislation. Parties belonging to the aforesaid categories, to whom data may be disclosed, will use the data as “Data Controllers” of specific processing operations that fall within the contractual services that these parties perform for the Company. Employees and collaborators of the Company may also become aware of the data as “Data Controllers” or “Data Processors”. 

6. Rights of the data subject 
You will have the right to obtain from the Company confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists, even if not yet recorded, and its disclosure in a structured, commonly used, comprehensible and readable format by automatic device; information on the origins of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied, in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means, as well as the parties or categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed or who can learn about them as data controllers or processors; you will also have the right to the cancel, transform into anonymous form or block data processed unlawfully in addition to the portability of your data, updating, amendment, restriction to processing of your data or, if requested, to supplement it or to receive a copy of the data subject to processing. You will also have the right to lodge a complaint before the Data Protection Authority.
